Carli Davidson is a Portland-based photographer known for her warm and candid portraits of pets and wildlife. She first began photographing animals while working with the animal care team at the Oregon Zoo. Carli used a high speed camera to capture hilarious freeze-frame shots of various dogs shaking and rolling their heads. The work was inspired by her own dog Norbert, whose drool she regularly cleans off walls due to his own frequent shaking. The photographer also teamed up with the folks over at Variable to make a slow motion montage of numerous dogs. The video features a total of 130 high speed photos of 61 dogs. The hilarious work is a combination of innocence and ridiculousness, warming our hearts.
