Nicolas Guittard’s Eccentric Portraits
Nicolas Guittard is a 28 years old French artist. He has been drawing since he was a child. As a teen, street art and graffiti became his first direct experience with art, which still influences him. He has different and various influences. Nicolas is mainly inspired by his everyday life as he says. His paintings are like the modern version the classical portraits. Characters are filled with mixed emotions, they look sad, sometimes happy in some strange sense; looking with eerie eyes, and each of them has its own story.
Currently Nicolas Guittard lives and works in Lille, north of France.
